Covenant Manor

Covenant Manor is affordable senior housing located in Long Beach, California, serving low-income seniors age 62 and older and disabled adults age 18 and older. The community comprises 100 one- and two-bedroom apartments situated a short walk from downtown Long Beach with its restaurants, shops, banks, and grocery stores.

The community provides a service coordinator to help residents connect with community and medical services. A smoking ban is enforced throughout the premises, and residents must sign a non-smoking agreement.

Residents are permitted to keep common household pets in their apartments, and service or assistance animals are welcome. Pet rules address registration, inoculation, sanitary waste disposal, and restraint in common areas, though these rules do not apply to assistance animals. Management enforces state and local health and safety laws and may require residents with assistance animals to be responsible for their care and waste disposal.
