I moved my mom into Covenant Columns this past Saturday. Kosh and his staff made the transition very smooth making sure my mom's needs were provide upon arrival. It has only been a few days now, but so far the staff have been wonderful and have made my mom feel comfortable which is greatly appreciated! I love how organized everyone one is and attention to detail they are. As of now, I would highly recommend. I will update once my mom has spent sometime here. But so far I am very pleased and do not expect that to change.

We moved my mother to Covenant Columns approximately a year ago. She has received excellent compassionate care at Covenant Columns. The care is far better than she received at a nursing home previously. The home is always clean and she is clean and comfortable. My mother has dementia and the staff are trained to understand and work with people who have dementia. The meals are well prepared and personalized. The owner is very kind and takes a personal interest in the well-being of the residents. We are so thankful that we were able to find since a wonderful situation for mom!

This is the 4th facility that my Mother has lived. We’ve gone through independent living, assisted living and memory care before I found Covenant Columns. It is a house with a small group of residents (7 currently) with round the clock care, home cooked meals, and a care for the residents that I have not experienced elsewhere. Kash is kind and knowledgeable, the nursing staff feel like family members. They truly care about the people. When my Mom first moved in, I brought framed pictures of family. The nurse asked me to run out to get command strips and when I came back, she was sitting on the bed with my Mom looking through the pictures, asking her who they were and then putting them up according to the way my Mom wanted them. None of the other places would have even put them up much less treat her with dignity and compassion. I can actually relax because I know she is being well cared for. I cannot say enough about the difference this has made for my family!!!

I got to meet the director and see the main location, and I'm not impressed. Outside may seem nice but the inside... Stale is the word that comes to mind. This place needs freshening up in all ways. The director needs to brush up on his communication skills. I find it hard to believe people actually moved someone they love into this place. Sometimes smaller facilities are best and sometimes they can be worse. People really have to vet these places. I encourage unscheduled visits to tour any of these places. Always ask to see the kitchen. Even the most upscale looking facilities can have a nasty kitchen.

The care provided at Covenant Columns is amazing . As a hospice nurse, I visit some Of the residents weekly. I am always blown away at care provided to all the residents by Jean and Tye. They go over and beyond to ensure all needs are met. Kash the owner and Tina the manager stay very involved with patient care and communication. I would highly recommend Covenant columns to my own family or loved ones if ever needed.
