Courtyard at Jamestown is an independent living, assisted living, and memory care community in Provo, Utah. The community offers custom levels of support for residents journeying through different stages of life, with assisted living providing extra help with daily tasks while maintaining independence and connection within a home-like environment.

The community features apartments designed for comfort and safety, many newly remodeled with in-unit washer/dryers. Pricing includes three meals per day and most living expenses. All residents receive an emergency response pendant and on-call personal care available 24 hours a day, with flexible month-to-month contracts and same-day maintenance responses.

Dining is a significant focus, with Chef Chester leading a 40-person culinary team. The chef has been with the community for more than 21 years and previously worked in hotel hospitality under Julia Child. Two seasonal entrées are offered at lunch and dinner, alongside an always-available menu of classics including made-to-order eggs, deli sandwiches, burgers, and fresh salads. Menus rotate quarterly and incorporate community feedback, with special holiday buffets featuring hand-carved ice sculptures.

The community offers 40 to 50 on- and off-site activities each week, coordinated by a full-time Life Enrichment Team. Activities include professor-led lectures, live piano performances, pontoon boat rides on the lake, courtyard concerts, museum outings, and theater trips. The campus includes a quarter-mile walking path surrounded by trees, gardens, and wildlife, plus a quiet pond.

Located just off the main road in Provo, the property is set on peaceful, private grounds surrounded by trees and walking paths. The community operates a shuttle for medical appointments, errands, and group outings, and arranges private transportation for personal appointments. Many independent residents maintain personal vehicles with on-site parking available. The LifeLoop app provides 24/7 access to event calendars, activity sign-ups, maintenance requests, and staff messaging.

For memory care, the community offers the Apollo program, described as a fresh approach that aims to maximize life across all stages of cognitive change. Courtyard at Jamestown is owned by Stellar Senior Living, a family-owned and operated network of communities.
