I wish zero was an option. The treatment afterward is pure insanity. Not being able to do daily needs should qualify you as a resident that needs assistance. But nope. Not to them. They want those non insured residents. They want the “fist full of cash” as one of them said. Awful. Just awful.

My sister-in-law has been at Courtney Manor a year. It gives us total peace of mind to know she is happy and always getting the best of care.

If your loved one is diabetic, get them out ASAP. My mom almost died 3x's cuz the nursing staff is incompetent when it comes to diabetes. The administration didn't even care, just wanted to know if I wanted to remove her that day. I'd never recommend this place. Nurses say, they're short staffed and cannot get my mom anything for her sugar drop, at this time. Omg!!!

My aunt received excellent care during her time at Courtney Manor. The staff and administration were attentive, supportive, and always made sure she was comfortable. They also made sure our family had what we needed and kept us informed. Having a loved one in a facility is never easy, but Courtney Manor made the process easier and gave us confidence in her care. If anyone is looking for a reliable and caring place for a family member, I would highly recommend Courtney Manor.

Amazing, caring staff who truly want whats best for their patients, both long and short term. We dealt with both ends, post-op rehab, as well as live in care. They were very diligent with all aspects of care and constantly cleaning when not caring for a patient. They have a hair and nail person to help keep spirits high and your family member looking and feeling as good as possible even up to their final days. Staff was very kind and gracious on those last few days and allowed us visitation at any time we wanted. We simply cannot thank them enough for all they have done for our family. They've proven time and again they are one of few left, who aren't simply out for your money, and truly care.
