Beautifully maintained facility. From outdoors to the interior everything is clean and fresh. The staff work very hard to keep all the residents comfortable and content. The food is appealing and varied. I have had several family members and friends need to be in the facility for periods of time and have been very happy with all the care they received. The staff seem to go above and beyond for all the residents

Review from Angie Marks - Our family member had been going through some health issues. He was in need of therapy and daily help. From the start of figuring out what we needed to do Nicole was a huge help. She listened to our needs, assured us all that she would do her best to help if possible. It was a speedy process and within the same day he was admitted to the facility. During his stay the staff was amazing, great to him, very helpful to all our questions and concerns. He loved the food! He was able to return home after 3 weeks. Being at home is always the favorite although he would tell you Autumnwood would be where he would want to go again if needed. Our family is very thankful to you all! Angie Marks

We have had the pleasure of working with Nicole at Autumnwood since day one. Her knowledge, kindness, and willingness to help us navigate from the very beginning on placing our mother was amazing. She continues to answer questions daily, check in on our mother, and help us be patient during this process. It is not easy to see a parent enter this stage in life and to have someone help us every step of the way has been greatly appreciated.
