My wife has been in this facility on long term vent care for over 7 years. 2013 to 2020. Very clean facility. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They always hire good people for the job. They check and monitor residents very often. Also they do many extra things for the residents. They work with families for the best care possible. They notify you about any changes or situations. Administration, directors, and staff listen and work for the best outcome for the residents or any concerns. The caregiver to resident relationship is very good. They also make family and visitors feel welcome. Also this facility has protected all of the residents from the Covid - 19 virus the whole time with not 1 case in facility . NOTE: This facility made it possible for me to be with my wife as much as I could. Also during the Covid crisis helped me with window visits all day long. Thank you. This review has been edited for a correction Thx again.

I was a patient there at Countryside for 8 months. The staff is very professional and they always explained things very well. The facility was always clean. The food was awesome just like home cooked food. In all ways I was taken care of very well. The nurses were kind and friendly. The aides were caring and loving. I made it clear to my family, when I need to go back to a nursing home I want to go back to Countryside.

My brother is a resident at Countryside Estates at Warner, OK. Though he is currently in the hospital, he is so anxious to get back to Warner. He told me, "I hope I don't lose my spot, and I hope that I get the same nurses." He has always bragged on the food that is at Countryside Estates, especially the biscuits and gravy. He told me that occasionally they even serve pizza or hamburgers...not just hospital type food. I've personally always noticed how the facility is kept clean, like the restrooms and the halls. It doesn't have that "smell" that a lot of facilities have. It would be nice if the halls were wider and the rooms were larger, but it is understandable that they appear smaller with all the equipment that is required to serve the residents. My brother requires a ventilator which Countryside Estates provides for him, and he is, also, on dialysis with the equipment and dialysis provided for him at his bedside. It makes it so much easier on me and his family knowing that my brother is in a place where he is cared for and is a place that he appreciates. I'm sure he would rather be in his own home, but since he can't be, I'm thankful that he has found a place at Countryside Estates.

I have had family in here before. It has been a while ago now. Way back then we loved it here. They were good to my loved ones. Now days my family and church family visit the residents every Friday. The staff works hard. I know quite a few of the employees due to living in a small town. The rooms are pretty well kept.
