Horrible. Black mold everywhere. Definitely calling state. The DON and/or Administratior is extremely rude. Pick upp a shift here and they were sooo rude to agency. and that whyy youu have no staff.

The staff is always friendly and caring. I can tell by my Dad’s composure that he is receiving attentive care and patience with his dementia. The home is undergoing renovations and is always clean. Thank you to all of the staff - you are unsung heroes.
