My wife is staying here, this is a awesome amazing facility, extremely clean and the communication is off the charts, if anyone is needing a facility for their loved ones this is the place to go everyone is so friendly. My wife was in a place in Broken Arrow and it’s like she went from hell to Heaven!!!!!

My husband has been at the Springs for 11 days, so far. The meals are decent, the staff is really friendly, they seem to like their jobs. His nurse Stephanie is very considerate. My only BIG issue is with the call system. No communication whatsoever with the staff when it’s turned on. The light goes on above the door & they see on the computer, I guess, that the light is on & for how long. There are two hallways between my husband’s room and the nurses station. If there was communication it would be known what the patient needed easier for everyone. The call system NEEDS to be upgraded for the safety for everyone. Stephanie is concerned about this also. His PT & OT is excellent. 99% of the sessions he is doing we can continue at home. We are very pleased with that.

When we arrived here at the Springs Skilled Nursing for rehab we were greeted by our CNA tech Cortney and the weekend staff with kindness. We were made welcome by Jordan, Lacey, Mary, Angela and our nurse Stefanie who was very helpful and supportive. My husband was diagnosed in April of pancreatic cancer and chemo hit him hard. He was unable to stand and walk. With PT and OT he has been improving and we are praying soon to be able to continue with chemo. We are so grateful to his entire care team.

Our family has been very pleased with the care our loved one has received at The Springs. The staff is incredibly caring and dedicated, and we especially want to acknowledge the nurse Stefanie Novak. She went above and beyond and was very attentive. She made us feel at peace knowing our loved one was in good hands. Highly recommend the Springs!
