My grandmother spent the last few months of her life at Countryside Manor and they made those last few months the best they could be. The staff, nurses, doctors and maintenance staff all went above and beyond to keep her comfortable and happy. I was the point of contact for updates and I received calls from her nurse almost daily. Any small change in anything was reported to me and other family members that visited her. I can’t stress enough how wonderful this facility is. We were exposed to several other facilities that were nothing short of a nightmare and we hated to leave her there alone. The peace of mind that Countryside brought to her whole family due to the exceptional level of care provided was priceless. The expense of this facility was also a little less than the terrible ones she spent time in. Kristin Smith, admissions director, was wonderful in every way and even attended my grandmother’s funeral with one of her nurses. If you want your family member to receive the kind of care that you feel only you could provide, this is the place for your loved one.
