Our dad was a resident at Country Health Nursing Home. For that I’m forever grateful. From the beginning of his stay until his last breath he was treated with dignity. We his family was welcomed and made to feel at home. I won’t list names of staff because I don’t want to forget anyone. It takes more than the staff you see actually providing the loving care to make it all come together. The building is very clean housekeeping and maintenance do a wonderful job. The food was always served hot and presented well. Not to forget it tasted yummy. Activities was welcoming even though dad was unable to to his health to attend. Office staff came and checked on us. Dad wasn’t able to go to therapy. But his room was near therapy. I saw therapist walking with the residents. Encouraging them as they walked. The nursing staff answered lights in a timely manner. They answered all our questions and needs. I always felt as a left after visiting my dad. That he would be safe and taken care of with love and kindness. That would bring tears to my eyes. This facility is a well deserved 5 star.

I Can't Express in words how well run this FACILITY/REHAB CENTER is the PEOPLE, EVERY EMPLOYEE and in general how FANTASTIC I've been treated here as a HUMAN BEING and as a PATIENT I have always been AFRAID of places like this I've had SEVERAL BAD EXPERIENCES in the past. But they are HONESTLY on a caliber that I have never seen before I hope if I ever need to come back to a place like this for Rehab or for long-term care my first and only choice would be here I am always long-winded when I write things so this is actually short for me but again I would like to say how much I APPRECIATE everything they have done and everything I know they are able to do for me in the next few weeks. THANK YOU all I have only my WORDS and my LOVE to give to you guys as you have given to me so far and I know you will continue to THANK YOU ALL🤠💙🤟🏽 Abe Cabrera I will be Going Home in a few days Thanks to all the Staff and Everyone, here, they have Both MET and EXCEEDED my EXPECTATIONS beyond my wildest dreams. Again MILLIONS of THANKS to your STAFF your ORGANIZATION your ADMINISTRATORS and mostly thank you for TREATING me as a HUMAN BEING and as a PERSON something that is lacking in many businesses these days that are supposed to help PATIENTS THANK YOU ALL 💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙🤠.

I can not say enough about the great medical attention they give their patients. The communication is second to none. They take extra effort to get to know the patient so they can determine what is normal and what is not. I have the opposite opinion of Carle Hospital. When my father was in the hospital, Country health reviewed his hospital records and saw things the hospital staff was missing. My father has been in multiple facilities in the area. Clark Lindsey is also very good, but I rate the quality of care here even higher.
