My Grandma went through the rehabilitation process there and ended up having an extended stay. We had a great experience overall and the staff there were amazing throughout the process, they have a great administrator!

Accolade on Pells st is great! It’s the cleanest facility I’ve ever been too, and everyone is so kind. We love visiting the loved ones we have there. They also have a lot of fun activities that we can join them in!
