I know alot about Nursing Homes in Ohio.My mother was in 7 facilities in 16 years. I went everyday.My father paid over a milion dollars for the worst care. I saw alot and the administrators would not address the abuse and neglect of the staff in these facilities because it would make them look bad. Did anyone realize that William Levering is Secretary/Treasurer of The Ohio Health Association Education Foundation. He is the Administrator of Country Court Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. This facility only has a 2.6 rating.

Country Court's staff provides kind and compassionate care. They are truly caregivers who take care of others like their own family. The food is tasty and appealing. The activity staff engage the residents in interesting and creative ways to improve their quality of life. The therapy team works with nursing hand in hand to make a smooth and successful discharge back home. Management staff take time to listen and truly cares!

While my loved one was at Country Court I found the entire staff to be very caring and helpful. The room was extremely nice and homey. Food service was excellent. The facility was clean and smelled good. When the time came for my loved one to go onto Hospice the Administrator and Director of Nursing walked my family through the process of what would happen next. Country Court is an extremely qualified nursing facility.

Very caring staff and excellent care for my mother. Everyone was so friendly and attentive to all of her needs as well as the family. Administrative staff was very accessible and helpful in admission process. Very clean and fresh smelling. I would recommend Country Court to everyone and if I need a place to stay it will be here.

Willfully and knowingly under staffed. Management is checked out and willfully ignorant. Residents not getting any quality of care. This place is a disgrace to health care. D.o.n cares more about drama than doing their job. The management at this place will let good quality staff Walk away quit become burnt out as opposed to trying to solve the problems that exist. Some of the nurses I've seen are literal. Chairholder's, sitting at the nurse's station. Acting completely annoyed that they have to get up and do something for one of the residents. there are some aides that have the attitude that they would rather be anywhere else, and that shows. the way that they talk to residents so rudely even in front of family members is. Disheartening, to say the least. There is no care for these poor people that reside here.
