The staff is very caring of the residents. I live here in my own apartment. The activity director makes sure the residents have fun with activities. She is a very nice person. We have a large variety of food. We enjoy our meals in the cafeteria of our choice with our family and friends. The administrator Tony is very nice. He walks around the facility with his dogs so we can pet them and He stops to ask us if everything is going good. AMANDA is the Wellness Nurse, she makes sure all call lights get answered and makes sure everyone is well.

I live here at the Country Club and I have met some of my best friends here. I love the activities here. They try to keep us busy , a little bit of everything for everyone. They have a good variety of things to eat. The staff is as helpful as can be. This is definitely better than where I was before. I'm really glad I came here.

I would never recommend this facility to anyone. My friend had her parents in the hospice center and had problems from the beginning. The staff wasn’t bathing, feeding or flipping them. Her parents were always hungry and would need cleaned up before she could take them anywhere. Both parents suffered severe bedsores. I was in the faculty one time and could tell right away there was a problem. The building itself is confusing. The outside and inside. When you walk in, there’s nothing but sad, depressed patients standing at the door staring. The place itself is extremely dirty, smelled really bad and there are no staff around to talk to. In the 4 hours I was there, I had 2 patients ask me for help because they were lost and had been sitting there for a long time all alone. The nurse’s weren’t timely in administering the pain medication always making one of us find someone which is nearly impossible. When they say they’ll be right back, they mean whenever they’re done chatting and playing on social media. Almost all the staff I encountered were either on their phone or having a personal conversation. No one had any professionalism as I honestly couldn’t tell who worked there and who was a patient. When my friend’s mom passed that evening, I had to run up and down the hallways yelling for help and asking if anyone worked there. After a couple minutes of running through a maze, I grabbed the first person I was pretty sure work there and had then go with me. The rooms are extremely small and you can’t open the door without hitting someone or something. There’s no peaceful atmosphere, calming music, no tranquility or pretty views. Rooms are like little jail cells and all you hear are patients screaming, monitors, and the constant rearranging of furniture so people can move in and out. As I mentioned, the rooms are extremely small. This particular room was a double, about the size of half of a one car garage if even. Don’t put your loved ones in this facility. This place needs to be shut down

My husband was admitted Sat. afternoon for physical rehab. He was in a double room which was fine but, due to lack of space, the room had no chairs for the patients. My husband could only sit on side of bed or lay down. Because of prior surgeries, sitting on the side of a bed for hours is not possible. He is very mobility impaired. The floors were dirty, his bathroom had pee stains on the toilet, there were dust bunnies on walls/ceiling in bathroom. The t.v. was on when he arrived but, despite new batteries, the remote did not work thus he could not turn it off or down to sleep. The worst part, he pressed the nurse call button at 11:45 Sat. night as he had to pee. Nobody came in for four hours and by then it was too late. They did not change his bedding and he was still on damp sheets when I got there yesterday. He and I agreed to sign himself out AMA and I took him home. Thank God for wonderful friends who helped me get him in the house.
