If I could give less than one star, I would. The management company that has taken over corridor crossing is awful. The past five years my mother has been to the hospital twice. Once this new company took over. She has been in the emergency room three times. They don’t have a RN on staff ever they never answer their phones. I was called and asked to buy my mother regular Vaseline for her chapped lips and wound care items for a wound on her chest. No idea how she got it because they don’t keep records very well at all this place needs an overhaul and they need the old management back. I am sick about my mom being there and she will be moving out soon as I can find a place for her. Do not take your loved ones to this facility. You’re just asking for more problems.

This place has been a blessing for my family. The staff goes above & beyond to truly care for your loved one. My Mom was in the memory care area & was treaded as if she were their Mom. They would give her hugs, kisses on the forehead or cheek & walk with her to keep her company & make her feel lived. I didn’t know how I was able to get my Mom to my wedding & the staff not only made sure she would be there (they took her), they got her dressed, put on her makeup & made sure her hair was styled perfectly for the pictures that I will now cherish forever. They were by her side tge entire time at the wedding so I wouldn’t have to worry about how she was doing. The staff becomes your friends as you visit your loved one. I can’t thank them enough for our stay there for almost 3 years.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Corridor Crossing Place! It all begins with the truly outstanding staff, led by Josie, but every single team member plays a role in making my mom feel safe, welcome, and loved. After a year at Corridor Crossing, both my mom and I are absolutely confident that this is the perfect place for her. Following a recent fall that required a month in hospitals and another care facility, Corridor Crossing welcomed her back with open arms and is helping her regain her strength through their exceptional care. Thank you to the entire team for making my mom part of your family and mine!

My Mother is 95 yrs old and very independent. She recently fell and after healing at a skilled nursing facility, it was brought to my attention that she needed full time care. We looked at Corridor Crossing Place and loved the facility and the people. I was very anxious if my Mother would like it. After she walked into her apt she smiled and was happy. I'm thrilled with our decision to place my Mom at your facility.
