Cornerstone Home Health took excellent care of my husband when he came home from the hospital. He was bedridden and was in the process of dying. The care my husband and I received was during this difficult time was loving and compassionate. Cornerstone also cared for me when I had my hip replaced. I was able to receive physical therapy and a skilled nurse who I became great friends with. I always recommend Cornerstone Home Health to anyone who needs someone to care for themselves or loved ones.

My aid is a great person with a great attitude. She doesn't mind doing things for me when I need it. She's been a great help to me over the last year. I really appreciate her for helping me everyday and taking the load off of me. She's always there when I need her. She is the only aid that has been with me as long as she has been. She's always been here for me and has stuck by my side the longest. She's a hard worker and I've never been happier with my care. I thank the Lord for bringing her into my life. She is the answer to my prayers.

As a veteran, who advocates for fellow veterans, this is not the agency you want to get tangled up with. They started off great when Balinda, the president, and others came to meet and assess the veteran, who is quadriplegic, and relies solely on home healthcare for his medical and daily living needs. This company doesn't hesitate to give goody bags and cards on Veteran's Day and Birthdays, but cannot manage the high level of care and commitment that's promised and paid for by the VA. Fortunately, their nurses, are competent and ready to care for their patient, but the micromanaging practices of this company tie their hands and make living up to the Nurses Creed of Do No Harm, Professionalism and Service, and Collaboration very difficult to attain. This entire ordeal piqued with the president of Cornerstone, Balinda, standing outside the patient's front door, unannounced, insisting he let her into his home, even when he asked her to leave. It has been an unprofessional company to partner with, to say the least. The patient's health and well-being are now at risk with bedsores that are getting worse. Balinda dropped him as a patient when he began advocating for himself and getting others involved.
