While I would agree with comments in other more favorable reviews, I give 2 stars because rather than acknowledging their limitations, they took on a difficult, complex case that they were absolutely unprepared to handle. This led to chaotic, inadequate care, and unnecessary delay in getting adequate care on site, much to the detriment of all involved. I expect they are fine for routine, non-medical caregiving, but providing consistent, competent 24-hour care for a debilitated, medically challenging patient is not in their wheelhouse.

We were so pleased to find Cornerstone home health for the care of my parents. They went above and beyond any other home health company in our experience. They were excellent communicators and Ryan, the owner, was very kind and accommodating. Every staff member has been courteous, friendly, and forthcoming. I would highly recommend Cornerstone.

I called looking for a Home Caregiver and the phone was answered immediately (not the case with 99% of every other) Ryan answered and I was not expecting the care and time he gave me after Learning, unfortunately, they aren't able to accept Medicaid. He explained why, yet I know Medicaid pays almost minimum wage it's Rediculous, their level of Care and their Caregivers would be actually impossible to afford. Ryan then went through every possible scenario, kindly asking me questions and explaining why and literally was teaching me how many different ways, Veterans, Long term care insurance and even was going to ask, as he said "I think there's an agency.. Let me ask I'll put you on hold for a second.. I can't remember the name" I then explained how I'd called every agency and had the list and he really listened, I could tell he didn't want to leave the conversation without helping me. Ryan you're AMAZING, Thank You!!! I Recommend This Caring Home Care to ANYONE looking for a Loved one or Self. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟💫

I did not expect immediate availability of caregivers for my father. But Ryan at corner stone made sure that there was someone there as soon as I needed them. Every caregiver that came was skilled and kind and caring. I give them five stars and beyond. I highly recommend Cornerstone!!
