Great Breakfast Selections during my 5 day stay at Coral Bay AND - the Nurses were WONDERFUL on ALL Shifts - including overnight AND Quick Response with the Nurses Call Bell. This 5 Day Respite stay could be the Precursor to my eventual Long Term Residency at this Well-Managed Facility near Downtown Pensacola Florida !!

I am a deaf driver for UberEats and I went to this location yesterday to pick up my customer's order. An Asian woman named Norma Kaibigan at the front desk had a horrible attitude when I told her that a customer wanted me to leave his order out front per his request and she said I am not allowed to be on the property because it's a private property and cannot bring any orders at the front desk. I showed her my phone what my customer wanted and she said "I don't even know this person!" and she started to have an argument with me and she finally gave up and let me leave my customer's order out front.

I never got a chance to commend the staff for the excellent care they provided to my father before his eventual passing on May 05, 1992. I realize the name of the facility changed from what it was, but I'm sure the staff are still doing an incredible job. It was a turbulent time for us. Receiving his diagnosis and we tried to take care of him ourselves, but he proved to be too much of a handful. Considering he was quite the handful at the time; the staff didn't let his attitude discourage them. I'm his youngest son and I personally appreciate everything the staff did for him to make his last few days comfortable. Thank you.

Our daughter has been living there for a few months. We noticed that the entrance is nice and brightly painted. We think that the hallways and rooms could use a good update. Although the rooms appear to be clean, the bed framework is shabby and the room could use an update.

I've been in and out of nursing homes for the past 4 years.this was the first time I had been to Coral Bay. the building is old , but housekeeping kept it very clean and sanitized . CNA'S were all hard working and worked long shifts. The nurses are nice and attentive to the residents, they all have the unique ability to multitask and take good care of all of us. The only problem was the food, you never received what you ordered and the cooks don't know how to cook, the food was always cold , bacon raw and under cooked. They need to be trained by someone who knows how to cook. But that's just my opinion. They are always out of things they need for one of there meal options.these issues are an easy fix if someone will take the initiative to do some training.
