It’s was scary knowing we had to place our 90 year old mother in a nursing facility. Copper Ridge has been nothing short of exceptional. I’m totally impressed. If you’re nervous about placing a loved one, this is one of the good ones. Special thanks to Stephen Collins for being so kind when transporting my mother to her appointments and verifying the info with me.

Food terrible, place is more for end of life than a rehab clinic, rooms feel and look dull, small rooms for two people.

If you love your loved one and want them to receive the best care possible avoid this place at all costs.

Our experience with this facility was extremely disappointing. My grandparent was admitted here following surgery based on a recommendation, and the level of care they received fell far below what we expected. The food was poor, but that was the least of our concerns.

The most troubling issue involved a nurse. After repeated concerns about her attitude and the way she interacted with our family member, we met with one of the facility's managers. We were assured that the situation would be addressed, but those assurances were not followed through.

As a result, my grandparent was in need of medical assistance but was ignored. When assistance was requested, the nurse stated that she was "too busy" to help and walked out. There is no excuse for leaving a post-surgical patient in that condition.

This experience left us with little confidence in the quality of care provided by this facility. We entrusted them with the health and dignity of someone we love, and they failed to meet even basic expectations.

I cannot recommend this facility to anyone. If you have other options for your loved one's care, I strongly encourage you to consider them before choosing this place.

Copper Ridge is such an incredible facility. My mother has resided there for over five years and they have been nothing short of amazing. They care about her needs, they watch over her constantly, they have each built relationships with her. She feels very safe there. We feel very safe as well. Ashley has been incredible, Noelle, April, Doctor Jason, Mia, Ramen, Karen, I hope I’m not forgetting anybody. But we have had the opportunity to get to know the employees, support, doctors and nurses. My mother loves it so much there, it’s hard for me to even get her to leave the facility for lunch. I am so forever grateful. I refer this facility hands-down, to any other facility around. They truly care about their residents and go above and beyond to make sure all of their needs are met. Very clean and welcoming to all.
