My mom stayed at Copper Knoll for 4 months for rehab of a fractured hip. The nursing staff was wonderful to her everyday. The facility is nice and kept clean. The therapy team was excellent in getting her up and moving with all kinds of different therapy procedures.
They have a wonderful activity coordinator and social director that helped me get follow up home care when she finally got home. I would definitely recommend the faculty to those who need one.

My parents and a disabled cousin lived here until their deaths. The facility is beautiful. The staff are exceptional. Everyone was so attentive. I can't say enough good things about this facility.

My mother was in Copper Knoll for nearly two months and our entire family was extremely pleased with the care she received. We found the nurses and aids to be prompt and caring, the rehab staff were skilled and encouraging, and the administrative staff was a joy to work with. I can't recommend the Copper Knoll team highly enough for the care they gave my mother. Jeff Lyle

If you have a love one that is at this facility, I would recommend that you go and check on them.
I have an ant that is there me and my cousin goes to see her twice a week, my cousin has noticed that her ankle was swelling.
The nurses or any of the staff didn't do any thing, no extras no MRI no ultra sound, not until my cousin strated to make nose about it.
They finally did an ultrasound on her ankle after 2 weeks and nothing showed, so my cousin kept pushing and finally got an MRI done after 3 weeks of this it was done this past Friday.
And just a few a minute ago they called and said that the MRI show her ankle is broke, 4 weeks of this, the kind of brake that she has, she have to stay off her foot for awhile to try to get it healed.
Not only that we also eat lunch with her and another family member that is there, at lunch they have water on her tray my ant doesn't drink water at all she don't drink anything.
After she eats and they get the tray they mark that she drinks water.
We have evidence that she don't they are fossilizing a document, they have been caught and been confronted about it, and this still goes on.
I just wonder how the other residents there is being treated, they need new owners and new administration to run that place.
So please check on your love ones if you have love ones in that facility.

"I would think twice before placing your loved one here. My mom is under Hospice/Respite care . They took her there for 5 days and it was a nightmare. She was talking, walking, and eating on her own when she arrived, but left in a severely deteriorated state - unable to eat, walk, or even use the bathroom. They also lost her dentures and ignored my repeated calls for information on the whereabouts of her dentures. To top it off, a nurse gave out my info to a deceased patient's family, who then contacted me. I've heard similar horror stories from others. If they can't handle someone for 5 days, I wouldn't trust them with my dog.
Take this as your WARNING ⚠️"
