Nurse came in today with new order for supplements for me to take ... (from the 'dietitian' who works remotely and has never seen me). These supplements were to help heal a pressure wound on my heel. The pressure wound healed a month ago. Caveat Emptor.

My dad arrived here for rehabilitation on the 12th of August 2022. He stayed here for 17 days. After he was transported to the hospital twice my sisters and I knew that we had to make other arrangements for his care. Our father just kept getting weaker and weaker with the lack of care here. Lack of staffing, unclean bed rails, antibiotics we were told that he had been given( never was), horrible bed sores, broken tooth, lost glasses, catheter that became displaced from a fall that he had. We were never notified. I have everything documented. Also a lack of communication after messages were left at this facility. No one at continental ever called us to let us know that our dad had been transported to the hospital on the 29th of August at around 8 o’clock that night. I received a phone call from St James hospital at 10:00 p.m to let me know that our dad was now a patient there. I moved my dad’s belongings from his room at continental rehab the following day before going to see him at the hospital. Please do your research and google this place as well as the other facilities that the corporation owns. Sweetwater opco Corporation llc.

I don’t recommend entering on weekend. Lack of staff and confusion in reading and performing of doctor release not carried out. After initial three days and staff present to carry out orders the care improved greatly and PT and OT very good performing and treating my father.

While visiting my brother, I was there for roughly an hour. The Butte Center appears to be a very well constructed facility. My experience with the staff is very friendly, I believe they have every potential for excellence within the Butte Center. I would suggest a peacemaker role, when the client is obtuse , I would suggest asking the why question, and then offering an alternative solution. Even if it's something as simple as running out of cranberry juice, or oatmeal. I realize you are in a difficult situation, with people in the sunset years of their lives. My prayers and encouragement are for you to strive toward excellence in your service. Thank you for what you do and may God richly bless you and your service.

Don’t bring your loved one to this place. When I get my mom out I’ll write another review! Office staff seem so nice at first but that changes. I feel so sorry for the residents who don’t have loved ones looking out for them. It’s heartbreaking when you see your mom who is blind with dementia treated so poorly!😢 Some of the employees are nice and some don’t care at all. The experience with Continental Care has been heart wrenching and my mom has only been there two weeks. My mom will be gone soon. I have never written a review before but if I let this go without speaking out for the elderly I could not live with myself. Prayers for the residents.🙏
