My mom was a client of Constellation Hospice from February 2023 to August when she recently passed. I can’t say enough good things about the excellent care she received. All the staff I interacted with were very attentive to her needs, called whenever there was an issue, FaceTimed me every week ( as I live in California) so I could converse with, or at the least, see her. And since I live so far away, it was a great comfort to me to know she was in good hands with those who genuinely cared about her well-being. I will always be grateful to Constellation for this.
