The staff is ATTENTIVE and friendly, they get along with the patients, residents and family members. The individuals that stay there are kept active and engaged and staff makes visitors feel welcome and the display of professionalism Is without equal. As a side note, one of the cleanest facilities I've see in 30 years of being in nursing.

My mom resided the last 3 years of her life here, and recently passed. The whole staff provided excellent care, going above and beyond. I live in California and previous to her time at Augusta rehab, it was quite stressful managing any care for her. Including at her assisted living facility. Once she was there, I was included in every decision, kept abreast of any changes in her behavior or medical issues m, etc..which alleviated my stress completely. When I visited, I would sit with her for hours, and would listen to the staff interactions with the residents. All the staff showed extreme care, love and kindness. They engage with them and make them feel heard and seen for who they are. When I first visited, toured the facility, not only was it Dolly Parton day (!!—they have an excellent Activities Director), I learned several staff had worked there upwards of 30 years. That says a lot. You really can’t go wrong if you have a loved one in need of care.

I cant say enough about the staff. My aunt has been in and out 3 times in the past year. Laura, Michelle, Delaney, Erika, April, and the rest of the staff are top notch. They treat the patients as they would their own grandparents. I could not be more comfortable regarding her care.
