I've called a relative over 15 times, but to no avail. They ask all kinds of questions, which is none of their business. I am calling the BBB in the morning. I understand that this is a family business.

They are the best. I was there in June of last year. They were so good to me and my family and friends. If I ever need their kind of care you can bet that’s where I’ll get it.

The facility is excellent and all the personnel are great. They are very attentive to the needs of the patients/ people. Mom mother was very happy the time she spent there. They treated her with dignity and respect. There isn't anything negative I can say about the facility.

Terrible place for rehab. Sent my loved one here and they never gave updates, never washed his clothes and he left with another broken hip and c diff. They lost his clothes a few days in and we had them labeled. After they gave him a walker (without doctor orders) he fell and broke his other hip. When I came back to talk about the process and what happened, admin said they needed to leave and couldn’t talk to me. BOTH administrators. Totally unprofessional. Would not recommend at all

My mother Caroline was in this facility from December through January of 2025. Tara did a great job of streamlining the process of enrollment from Duke hospital. Tammi was my mother’s care manager and did a great job of getting all my mom’s care approved with Humana. She also helped with any other documentation needed. All the nurses in the rehab wing were wonderful. I fully recommend this facility based on my experience with them.
