Maybe more like a 1.5. Most of the aides are caring and personable. However, it appears that they felt welcome to eat my snacks and drink my sodas without asking, so most were gone when I was looking for them. Also the overnight workers all fell asleep and were hard to arouse, likely from working too many shift in a row. The management is awful. They only seem to want to schedule 12 hour shifts, and weren’t able to find anyone to work a 6 or 8 hour shift ( which I wanted as I got more independent). Their communication is awful. Don’t expect a reply to a text in less than two days. There are much better services out there!

We have been working with CNS for a few months now to find care for my mother, whose condition has deteriorated into needing care around the clock. Working with the state on Medicaid covered care is both a long and arduous process - and Monica has gone as far as calling Medicaid agencies to try and help us find care, even though finding covered care would mean less business for CNS. She genuinely cares about her clients and people in general, and will go above and beyond what is expected to help. I couldn’t recommend Monica and CNS more highly! Furthermore, my mom’s caregiver - Christina - was willing to work 12 hour shifts 7 days a week while expecting twins to ensure my mom had the care she needed. She was kind, helpful, and very patient with my elderly parents. I am so grateful we were connected with this team.

Ct Nursing continues to be a very reliable with kind employees. The outreach coordinator Monika has been an integral addition, she never hesitates to help or to find an answer when one is readily available. Thank you Monika and Lilly for all you do !
