I’d give this a ZERO at this point but there is no management! With the recent rain storm multiple places are flooded, some residents are displaced and NOTHING is done! No management is on site, the main company is out of NY but there is no response via phone or email. This is unsafe and unhealthy for people to live in!!

The residents are nice and the facilities inside are good. The property looks good as well.<br><br>There are some maintenance problems, however. They haven't fixed one resident's screen door for almost 4 months, and there's a garage door that has been hanging loose from the opener for 3 or more months. It looks like tiles may be falling off the building in places, and the paint on the back side needs work.<br><br>If they fix the maintenance stuff, I'd upgrade to 4 stars, but for now I won't go above 3.

Everything has gone down hill. Manager has not been on property for about 2 weeks. When you call, the phone goes straight to VM. The ownership group doesn't seem to care.

We performed work for Connect 55+ in Olathe and 6 months later have still not been paid. Completely unresponsive and corporate office is the same. This is not the way to treat local contractors.<br><br>We will send the invoice again (several times over last 6 months). we have been told several times someone would take care of it.
