I am so grateful for the care and support my father has received from Concierge Care. Supervising his care from across the country can be challenging, but knowing that there are dependable people nearby who truly care about him gives me tremendous peace of mind. Our medication nurse, Rhonda, has been caring, attentive and reliable. The ladies who answer the phones at Concierge have also been wonderful, Mary, Michelle, Doreen, Shirley, Dee and others. They listen, respond quickly and help coordinate care—especially during those stressful moments when I need assistance for my father right away. I would especially like to recognize his caregivers Ruthann, Dawn and April. Each of them has shown my father kindness, patience and genuine concern. They help him with his daily needs while also treating him with dignity and respect. He has developed meaningful relationships with them, and that matters so much. It takes a whole team to care for an aging parent, particularly when family lives far away. I sincerely appreciate everyone at Concierge Care who answers my calls, responds to my concerns and helps keep my father safe and cared for. Thank you for the important work you do. Margo

Staff was on time for shifts and were very interactive with my sister. One caregiver especially stood out (Sam) for her compassion and excellent personal care. She went beyond her regular duties by completing household chores to make "my job of caring for my sister easier. She also called me when she heard she had passed to give her condolences. I was completely satisfied with all care given and my sister was very happy to have them as well. I would highly recommend this company.

I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate this home care company and the incredible team they have in place. Jennifer Exton is truly outstanding—she’s warm, outgoing, and always ready to step in and help at any hour. Her responsiveness and dedication make such a difference, especially when you need quick answers or support. Rhonda Kifer is equally wonderful. She is such a sweet, kind, and genuinely caring person who always makes you feel at ease. She does an excellent job keeping communication clear and consistent, which is so important in home care. On top of that, her knowledge of long-term care insurance policies is impressive and incredibly helpful. Together, they make a fantastic team, and their compassion and professionalism shine through in everything they do. I’m truly grateful for their support and highly recommend this company to anyone in need of quality home care services.

I can't say enough good about the Concierge team! Our 93 yr old Mother was able to live in her own home alone much longer with the help of Concierge. They sat with her, made sure she ate, took meds, drank fluids, even drove her to hair appts. The team stayed in touch with me to keep me updated. It was a great experience & very much recommended.
