My wife is bedridden, and we had one home healthcare provider come out but her back is broken so they wouldn’t do anything to help her, now we have Complete Home Healthcare and they are terrific extremely nice and caring people from the office personnel to the nurses case managers everybody is awesome, so if you’re family needs a home healthcare facility this is the place to go!!!!!

I've been with complete a few years now now I have an excellent pca heather she does her work without excuses I lost heather through the state shutting my services off but Governor Stitt got them back and complete is giving me heather back

I have used several home health companies over the past 3 years and Complete has really been the best. As a caregiver I feel we finally have a wonderful team to support my patient. Patty our nurse is so great and goes above AND beyond. Toni our Palliative care provider has been a tentative listener to my concerns. The whole team at Complete has been caring and wonderful to work with. Being a caregiver can be stressful at times and it gives me comfort knowing they are only a phone call away.

They're money hungry, dont take patients comfort into account when sendinh help to your home. They dont return calls and they sure wont tell you the truth. You jave to lie to even gwt the supplies tou need to take care of your loved ones. They never have the same ladies come for shower days because the good ones, they let go and they reward the awful workers! Also, if you gift anything to any of the girls who you get close to they will take that out of said persons check because its unethical apparently. BUT, and this is the kicker-its not unethical to give monetary gifts to complete for their use! Just no gifts of any kind to the workers who shower your loved one twice a week and become like family! I would 100% recommend lookinh into other hospice companies because this one isnt it!
