My experience with Complete Care was really amazing. They have kind and patient staff and genuine care, and treat everyone with respect, which you don’t always find. The place is always clean and well run. I can’t describe it enough FIVE STARS. they truly care—it feels more like a supportive community than just a facility.

Terrible people my daughter was lucky enough to be discharged and they will not give her her monthly check back so she can survive the month calling lawyer Well they continued to lie to me my daughter and social worker they never mailed the 300.00 they promised they just kept we are working on it how long does it take to write a check ? Well I got something for them They called my daughter and said that they would give her money if she took down the review about stealing her SSD they mailed checks after so many times saying they were gonna send them then voided it after she cash the lowest of the low saying you are sorry after the abuse is done does not help!!!! Calling the state on them

Ref. Roosevelt Care Center Edison N. J. What a wonderful wonderful place this is. The care and love that is given to my mother far exceeds what I imagined could be. The nurses are wonderful, the aids truly care, and the staff is friendly. The facility is always clean and so is my mom. Most everyone seems happy to work there which says something about the facility. My only suggestion is to please do your research when looking for options for long-term care. There comes a point when your hundred days will be up for Medicare and you’re going to have to try to switch to Medicaid. There are many options out there. The best way to go is to find a law firm that deals directly With elder law. The hospital through Complete Care Management will suggest a a certain company who deals with this Please please if you go that route, you need to record the entire conversation with their sales people. I made the mistake of going with them and I want to make sure that everyone else doesn’t do the same.  Loving Roosevelt Care on Edison. 3rd floor staff rocks!!!

Complete Care at Arbors is 100% responsible for my fathers decline and ultimate premature death. Before you trust them with your loved one, please visit the NJ Department of Health and see for yourself how they rate in the quality of care and patient records. Specifically, in my fathers case, they denied him basic care and changed Dr's orders to fit their staffing needs.

The Activity Gals at Complete Care Oakridge Center pour their heart and soul into making sure the residents have something to smile about everyday. As a family member of a resident I can rest assured that if there is anything she needs or wants they do everything in their power to see she gets it as soon as possible, and if it’s something they don’t provide the communication with the family is outstanding.
