Everyone at Complete Care at Plainfield was very welcoming. Aviel stepped in to make us more comfortable when we first arrived. The nurses and CNAs took good care of my mother after she broke her hip and came here for rehab. Shout out to nurses Varinda and Jenna and Octavia, and to CNAs Lourde, Tanisha, Beverly, Mariah, Musu and DJ. Anyone I've left out, or misspelled your name, my apologies. You've all been great. Our thanks to Ben and Shital and John in OT/PT. Therapy is the heart of why we're all here and they do an excellent job. They got Mom up and walking quickly. They worked around her increased confusion from progressive FTD with kindness and compassion. The food was surprisingly good. I think any issues with blandness mentioned in earlier reviews have been totally fixed. My only complaint would be the inner front door, which is just a little too narrow to get a wheelchair through with only one standing person. Thanks to the many people, including residents, who helped us with the other door, and always offered encouragement. The outdoor space in the back was always nice for visiting with a friend. The Coffee Social was a nice diversion in the morning, and the space (the main dining room) is large and very pretty, with hanging flowers and a wall of windows. It thanks to Jessica and Ashley.

I recently visited this facility for an after-hours tour and had a very positive experience. Sandy was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain all the services and amenities available. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and appeared to be well-organized. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. It was evident that the residents were happy, comfortable, and receiving quality care. After my visit, I feel confident and at ease knowing that my uncle will be well cared for and treated with the compassion and respect of family.

Excellent rehab center! The therapy team was outstanding and played a huge role in moms recovery. A special shoutout to the Activities Department for keeping residents engaged and bringing so much energy and positivity every day. Highly recommend!

I am happy to be receiving care at this location. No complaints so far. Therapy team was great. Jordan put biofreeze on my neck and helped me with pain . Ben pushed my through my limits and team helped me psychologically. John is very humorous and makes me laugh during therapy. I feel ready to go home. Amazing team. Michelle the social worker is also good. I enjoyed then activities. Shital is amazing with her daily rounds and make sure I get therapy. Good attitude and energy.

My experience at this rehab facility for my wife has been nothing short of life-changing. From the moment we arrived, we felt supported, respected, and truly cared for by an incredible team. Shital brought so much compassion and understanding, always taking the time to listen and offer guidance when I needed it most. Ben was a constant source of motivation, pushing me in the best way possible to stay focused on my goals. Jordan created a safe and encouraging environment where I felt comfortable opening up and doing the real work of recovery. Rosselle’s kindness and attention to detail never went unnoticed—she made sure everything ran smoothly and that everyone felt at ease. John offered wisdom and steady support, helping me stay grounded during challenging moments. And Sunny brought such positive energy every day, lifting spirits and reminding us that recovery can be hopeful and even joyful. The entire team works together seamlessly, creating a space where healing feels possible. I’m incredibly grateful for everything I’ve learned here and for the people who helped guide me through this journey. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for genuine care, structure, and support in their recovery.
