Everyone was exceptional. Except 1 night very short staffed. Pop sat for almost 3 hrs waiting for aid to change his wet clothes. We started to do ourselves then she came in.

I was there for a short visit, staff seemed friendly and attentive to the patients. Overall appearance was clean but definitely needs to be updated.

Staff are so attentive to my love one, Nurses are always ahead of the game. You can see and feel the love that they put into their work at complete care. Also this facility keeps up the hygiene and cleanilness no matter what storm from the patients bring. I highly recommend this facility for ppl who are struggling to place their loved ones in care.

This the Place shown is 290 Red School Ln., Phillipsburg place istbeautiful image of what they provide and then they stick i the patient hell hole, 843 Wilbert Ave. Phillipsburg New Jersey that is the sister building to this beautiful Brakley. There is no real doctors on the premise. They show up once a week. The place is filthy, the closets look like it came out of the dumpster as soon as you walk in you smell cigarettes it’s got mold on the wall they put patients in Phillipsburg Center ,when you go to the real place, they say he’s on a waiting list, it needs to be investigated and condemned Keep away !
