breakfast at 9, lunch at 12, supper not until 8pm even though it must have been sitting there for a while since it is ice cold on arrival. if someone falls asleep before supper comes, they do not get to eat. the laminate on the furniture is peeling off, there are poorly patched holes in the walls, the area around the windows is crumbling. activities and entertainment? only for those who are mobile enough to get themselves to another floor. the residents without mobility or dementia have no options of activities since there are no staff available to take them or sit with them so they do not wander off. since briefs (diapers) are automatic for anyone who is mobility restricted please tell me how there is a puddle of pee on the floor? i can only imagine it is because the resident as been sitting there unchecked for many hours. if someone does not have mobility or memory or vocal skills to holler, they get ignored entirely.

Had a wonderful experience here. The therapists were kind and helped me and my family in ways that we deeply appreciate, gave us a path to go home with more confidence. The girls in the admissions department, the social worker, were a helping hand during a difficult time.
