Lajuan Barnett, I can’t believe how lucky I am to have such a great person taking good care of me.“It's incredible how often you go above and beyond.” “I know you are so busy with each of your clients but I just had to tell you what a great job you're doing. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I visited a friend today and while I was there, I had to ask a couple of questions and the staff was very helpful With answering my questions. It seemed like they were very eager to help me and did not make me feel that it was a bother to them to help me. One of them even let me use their phone charger, which I thought was very nice.

It does not even deserve my one star. My poor dad is here and being practically neglected. I went in to see him today and he had a bandaged up foot, and hurt hand from whomever is man handling him and stepping ON him. The employees there barely spoke English and appear to be hiding the fact they hurt their clients. intentional OR NOT. Trying to get him transferred ASAP. Do not bring your loved one here.

My mother was transferred to this facility for PT because she lost the ability to walk after she had 2 strokes. I didn’t know much about the facility but I trusted the nurses and doctors for my mother’s care. My mother was in bad shape I will admit. I visited her everyday, communicated with the nurses and monitored how my mother’s care was going. Let me be clear there were some amazing nurses and doctors who I felt truly looked out for my mom, but when they weren’t there it was nerve wracking. Weekend nurses were the worst. The maintenance supervisor was even great, whenever there was a TV issue or AC issue he was always there to help. At first all seemed okay but as time went on I started seeing the reality. She was sitting in soiled diapers for hours on end, causing terrible rashes. She would sit in the same clothes for days. My mother would complain they were very rough with her when changing her and it would hurt. She is a smoker and one day she was left out there for who knows how long. She tried to get out of her wheelchair and fell. She fell multiple times while she was there, stubborn. I always got a call but she was so frail, and was never fully checked. Come to find out as time has gone on and I have taken her to doctors, she had a fractured rib and cracked shoulder bone that never healed correctly from falling. I don’t have proof but I know in my heart, my mom was being over medicated. After almost 2 months of being there, we transferred her to another facility. Within 24 hours, she was cognitive. Within 1 week out of diapers. She was no longer sleeping the day away. Within 3 weeks she was able to walk with assistance and without PT and back to eating solid foods. After 1 month we felt confident enough to bring her home, which we didn’t think was possible. She has now been home for 3 months, walking on her own, taking care of herself per usual, just unable to drive. Bottom line, if complete care is your only option, make it short term and not long term.

Day One - The staff has made my father-in-law feel welcome and encouraged that his rehab journey will be successful. The nurses are so kind, compassionate and caring! My father-in-law has never been away from home. They make him feel good and they treat him with kindness and respect always. The center is older but the staff is amazing! Thank you for doing for him and helping him get stronger! ❤️
