The rehab team has done wonders within just a few days. Mom is up and walking with assistance. The staff always greets us. Administration is on top of things that needed to be addressed! Mom is clean, well fed and her needs are being met! Nothing is ever perfect but my experience has been positive so far. I love the care team meetings. They addressed our issues also with caretaking.

My family was deeply disappointed with the rehabilitation care my brother received at Heritage Complete Care. He was a resident there from approximately January 20 through March 20. During that time, he received very little meaningful rehabilitation therapy and rarely got out of bed. We became increasingly concerned because instead of progressing, he appeared to be declining physically and was at risk of becoming bedridden. After a hospitalization, we decided to transfer him to another rehabilitation facility. The difference was remarkable. At the new facility, he received consistent therapy, encouragement, and a structured rehabilitation plan. Within a matter of weeks, he was up and walking again. This experience left our family questioning the quality and effectiveness of the rehabilitation services provided at Heritage Complete Care. Based on what we witnessed, we do not believe my brother received the level of therapy necessary to support his recovery. Families looking for a rehabilitation facility should ask detailed questions about therapy frequency, mobility goals, and patient progress, and closely monitor whether those services are actually being delivered. Every patient's situation is unique, but our experience was extremely disappointing, and we would have serious reservations about placing another loved one in this facility for rehabilitation care.

I know quite a few people who are here my brother is here my brother-in-law is there and a couple of friends and this is one of very few places that I've been in that does not have a foul smell they're very clean most workers are very friendly it's one of the best places that I've been to that's the nursing home rehab. I clicked that it's overpriced but really I feel like any nursing home or rehabilitation is overpriced because Medicare and Medicaid pay for it plus they keep someone's whole social security check and any money that they had in the bank

Staff is super nice and caring of your loved ones. Debbie in admissions is just so kind and explains things in detail so you understand. Cecilia the aid on 2nd floor goes above and beyond for those patients. Nurse Ade is just the kindest soul ever. And nurse malika on 1st floor is just as amazing as Ade. But in all everyone at heritage has just kind souls and really care about the patients. My loved one is there now and she really likes everyone and they take such great care of her.

Today was emotional, but also gave me a little bit of hope. After the horrible experience we had at FutureCare, I toured a this center for my 87-year-old gran. Debbie was truly such an amazing soul — compassionate, patient, and reassuring during a time our family really needs it. For the first time in a while, I left feeling hopeful that Gran will be genuinely cared for, respected, and treated with kindness. Hoping we finally found the right place for her healing and comfort. 💜
