Complete Care facility is A-1 facility. The best possible care a person could ask for. Staff is exceptionally nice, always available and will take care of any issues that arise. PT and Occupational therapists are awesome ! Meals are delicious! I highly recommend Comfort Care to anyone who needs that extra help in getting back to their normal way of living. My mom went to visit her friend. The floor was wet and slippery. My mom's friend needs to have Ensure to drink. They ran out and the patient had her son bring some in and store it in a cooler.

Well for the most part it's a decent facility, clean and well maintained. But there are some staff members that are very rude and have bad attitudes.

I found this facility very well maintained. It was aways clean. The most impressive is how well the care staff performed their duties with genuine, gentleness and professionalism. The administration team did an outstanding job of ensuring and securing a peaceful transition into their facility. This place even has doctors that come in and see how the patients are doing. The meals are healthy and care appropriate. I like this place. I have only one concern and that is transitioning during shift changes and when it’s time to eat. Staff has their hands full and are not able to provide adequate services to the patients.
