Becky the Nurse is Absolutely #1 Kelley the OT IS ALSO ABSOLUTELY #1 Karen from PT, You are also amazing, with all the other wonderful staff.Also a shout out to the PT, He also went over and beyond to help my mom. Truly Grateful for all of you .You are Amazing people, who treat your patients, as they were you're own family. Thank you Again for the 100% you give to all your patients on a daily basis. Unfortunately you have to give 1 star - they deserve 0. RUN from this place !! When I asked a hospice nurse how many calories or what food to feed my loved one her answer was don't give her any food or water why prolong her time ? Um because she can eat & wants to eat ! Obviously we changed nurses after that incident. Supervisor is completely uncaring about any issues that came up with staff. & staff ....they put each other down telling you she doesn't know what she is doing etc. So you don't know who to believe or trust. Never got any supplies delivered because " the company can't find your house " I live on a main road - every other delivery place can find me ! So they would get my deliveries & open up my boxes & go through them & bring me some supplies - magically some would go missing. & they made me go to my pharmacy & get all the meds then a nurse told me the company was saying they were getting the meds for me because they get paid to do that ! This company is a medicare fraud !!!! RUN FROM THEM. We asked to see their nurse practitioner for 2 months .... never came. When I went higher up with all these issues I was told " we can't fix all those issues go to another company " Learn from my mistake don't use this company. Pretty bad when nurses even admit it's a bad company & say if I was you I would definitely go to another place that cares

If I could give zero stars, I would. I am unsure who they survey to get the percentages they do but those numbers do not align with their service. Do yourself and your loved one a favor and find another home visiting agency.

The Community Nurse Home Care Agency consists of a amazing group of individuals. I have had the pleasure of working with this agency for over seven years. Most of the time I was a live-in PCA/Private Case Manager for clients that needed additional Specialized Professional Guidance, other times they provided extra support to the 24/7 staff, always being just a phone call away. Every Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Home Health Aide and Hospice Nurse were Professional, Compassionate, and above all Respectful in caring for my clients. Recently, I have needed to stop working due to severe pain in my right hip and my doctor has prescibed physical therapy. I'm not able to go to out patient appointments due to my limited mobility. I asked my doctor to please send a referral for Physical Therapy to the BEST Agency I know, Community Nurse Home Care of Fairhaven. I am no longer working on the care giver team but have become on the care reciever. Therefore, I am blessed to observe both sides of the Community Nurse Home Care Agency. As a client, I feel overjoyed to have such a wonderful staff of professionals guiding me through my constant hip pain and helping me build some of my strength back. My hip surgery is scheduled fin the near and I will definitely be requesting Community Nurse back to help in my recovery.

The ABSOLUTE WORSE in Care and Comfort. Forget Dignity of your loved ones. They have been in mom's home for almost 2 months and 3 HHAs have been banned from going to Mom. Now the ONLY saving face of the company was removed from Mom by the company. A person purporting to be a nurse came in place. From phone call to appearance at the door the attitude was palpable. The degrading demeaner in which she told me about Mom and how Mom was feeling and that Mom could read her lips within her 1st 2 mins was an insult to me and Mom. Decisions made in the background within the company to remove the PCP and the health care proxy and son from decisions was done. Stay away from this company. So much for an easy and comforting transition.
