It is our Mission to provide services to persons with developmental disabilities in a variety of settings. Community Living Care Inc.(CLC) is committed to providing the highest quality of service, designed to promote and support each person to maximize their own potential. CLC will provide the individual with the support necessary to establish and continually expand a lifestyle that promotes individual growth, independence, autonomy, and community integration. Hayes E. Treasure founded CLC in 1987. He envisioned a long-term dedication to promoting and enabling community membership for those with developmental disabilities. Since its founding and initial incorporation in 1991, our organization has continued to expand and respond to community needs.

What are our SERVICES?
 
CLC provides a variety of service options dependent on your preferred lifestyle and interests. We offer provision of care at your place of residence as needed, 24 hour residential care at one of our community living homes or community participation supports at our day program, as well as transportation to and from services.  No matter which model you choose, we provide services focused on a fully enriched life of family, friends and community.

Services

Home-Based Waiver

•    1:1 Staffing Ratios

•    Availability seven days a week

Residential

•    Home sizes range from 1-3 people based on need
•    24 Hour Supervision, seven days a week
•    Nontraditional family setting
•    Support physical health needs as prescribed
 
Day Program
 
•    Facilities located in Greensburg and New Florence, PA
•    Operates Monday through Friday
•    Staffing ratios are based on need
•    Community Exploration through activities and volunteerism
•    Support physical health needs as prescribed

Transportation

•    Services Greensburg, PA area and surrounding communities
•    Operates Monday-Friday
•    Average passenger capacity of five
•    Drivers are all trained in individual support need

Behavior Support

•    Support the emotional well-being of service recipient
•    Training and education to support teams
•    1:1 service provision

Medical Environment Support in Long Term Nursing Facilities
