While St Mary's Manor has some caring staff.....our family member's experience was very poor. SMM is sadly very lacking in communication & coordination of basic nursing care despite copious pages of notes per Adm and DON taken in front of family. Weak lower extremity foot broken after first night of admission, not x-rayed for days. Hi-Lo beds used as safety measures, are also used to cruelly restrain. Oral care was so poor that oral sores developed & dentures couldn't be worn, resulting in severe weight loss. Multi reports of malodorous urine ignored, but severe UTI found on hospital admit ..etc, etc. Religious discrimination was also very evident and resident privacy rights were not respected.
