Most of the interaction that I have had has been with Isaac, the Administrator, over the phone. He has been immensely helpful and responsive with a few issues that have arisen. It is never good when dealing with an aging parent that has to go into a facility like this, but it is reassuring to know that Isaac is the Admin here, and is very accessible (and knowledgeable) to someone like myself, who lives out of state. Keep up the great work!

If I could give this facility 0 stars I would, AWFUL nasty place to put your loved ones in, I thank the good lord we got our great uncle out of there. Smells of urine & had mold in his room. Floor was so sticky our shoes stuck to it. He has a serious brain injury & he was left at appointments by himself. The staff KNOWING his family could not make the appointment that day & we’re suppose to be with him but instead left him all alone. This facility & the management are rude, uncaring acting individuals who do not care if the families have issues. Moral of the story I would not let this facility or staff take care of my dog after I’ve witnessed the nastiness of this place.

My brother stayed at this facility and the staff could not have been more welcoming to an out of state person. He made friends quickly and loved the activities. The nurses, administrative personnel where always there helping him to adjust and get his needs met. His stay was very meaningful.

This facility home has been a blessing for our family member. They provide a safe, caring and comfortable environment for our loved one. It feels more like a home rather than a large institutional facility. The staff always displays kindness and concern for the residents as well as their family members. And the location is unique with its country charm, peaceful and quite surroundings. Wonderful place!! Would definitely recommend.

The facility is top notch. My grandmother is there and has had nothing but positive experience with the residents and staff. Her favorite staff member Suzie is amazing and goes above and beyond her duties to ensure all the residents are being cared for properly. If you are looking for an AMAZING living facility Rossville Manor is the place to go. Thank you to all the staff for making it feel like home to my grandmother.
