The worse possible agency that you can deal with. The nurses believe they are doing you a favor by taking your child case. The agency avoids talking to clients at all cost. They never have coverage if a nurse calls out. Your nurse expects to be able to sleep on the job if working the night shift. The scheduler waits until the last possible moment to communicate that you will not have coverage no matter how late at night it is. The nurses are entitled, lazy, liars and the agency itself impose no reprimands for their employees. Wish I can give them zero stars!!

Community Care Nursing Services provided excellent skilled nursing care to both my grandmother and niece. The staff was very friendly, well trained and professional. The company is family owned and operated. They were very diligent with helping us understand the home health care process.

Community Care has been my agency of choice for years now. Care services For my family member started with other agencies years ago but it was not until I started services with Community Care that my life changed and I was able to get rest because I was provided with very trustworthy and knowledgeable nurses who were able to provide my child with the care he deserved. This agency has worked with and for me until I found the “Right Fit” nurse for my loved one. They provided high quality nurses who were able to work with me and accommodate the service hours allotted for my loved one. There are ups and downs with all agencies but this one was “The IT factor!” for me. For over 15yrs to date I’m proud to know that I have chosen the “perfect” agency to meet my child’s needs. The staffers and administrators are very resourceful and know the business and follows the rules. I would choose this agency over again if presented with a similar situation.

This agency was a blessing for my family, especially my child. I wasn't familiar with home nursing before so I was completely lost. The staff guided me every step of the way. Their nurses are professional and knowledgeable. When our nurse had to travel unexpectedly, we were given a replacement promptly with the same quality service. I know that my family, as well as my child, are in great hands with Community Care.
