Well, it is a nursing home, which is effectively a prison. But it is clean and bright.

The best care all around. Not one complaint about the place. I would've given 10 stars if I could.

My dad is currently in Indian Haven and I am disappointed and upset cause they do not provide telephones in the rooms. If you want to speak to your loved one you have to call the front office and they will take a phone to them but not always right at that time, it may be a few hours later before this is done. For the amount of money Indian Haven gets per individual you would think they could have a phone in each room for them to use especially during this time when no one is allowed to come in and be with their loved one.

This place is a JOKE if you love you family members don't bring them here to the dementia unit. If I was the power of attorney she would not be here. If you want any thing done anything you have to ask multiple times and even then it's easier to talk to a wall.
