I am only giving a two star because the young girl who works here was sweet but I had little interaction with her. The old woman that works is very rude and just instantly cuts you off. I know its a rough economy and people need to work to pay bills but maybe she should consider retirement.

CWS shipped my supplies by USPS. I live in Salem Va. I got my tracking info from CWS after not receiving my package for a week. USPS has been shipping it back and forth between facilities. Shipped on the 11th and today the 19th it’s in Massachusetts. I called CWS and was told that I needed to contact the USPS and get it resolved. CWS is done with my order even though I haven’t physically received it. Poor customer service. In my option it’s up to CWS to contact Post Office and put in a claim. CWS should reship my items.

What an outstanding experience I have had with Commonwealth in Salem Va. Sara was a gem to work with she was very thorough explaining everything. Kenneth came and set up what needed to be set up at home was polite and professional I could tell he enjoys his job. I had fallen between the cracks at another company and had waited for months with no word. When I reached out to my Dr. her office immediately got in touch with Commonwealth and I was set up and ready to go in a week. I’m very grateful and pleased with Commonwealth home care Thank you 😊

The techs have been great , communication is awful. I left countless messages for someone to call me after my father passed away, nobody ever called me back. This was after speaking directly with the VA. I won’t spend a lot of time with details other than to stay far away and steer clear if you can. I’m looking forward to speaking with the kind people at the VA that helped my father and my family. What an incredibly stressful and difficult situation made even more so.
