I don’t even know where to begin—Comfy Couch went above and beyond in caring for my mother. From the moment we moved her in through her final days in hospice in the home. The love, attention, and dignity they provided were extraordinary.<br><br>Pam and Richard, the main caregivers throughout her entire stay, were not only professional but also incredibly patient and attentive. They formed a beautiful bond with my mother, bringing warmth and compassion into her daily care.<br><br>We had transferred my mother from a previous group home due to emotional and physical neglect. At that point, we believed she had only a month or so left. But under the care of the team at Comfy Couch, she thrived, living six more joyful and meaningful months.<br><br>The entire caregiving team, especially the night staff, was outstanding. With three caregivers during the day and one awake caregiver overnight (which is not common in all homes), we felt a deep sense of comfort knowing my mother was in good hands around the clock.<br><br>Comfy Couch delivers on its promises. My mother enjoyed bingo three times a week, weekly music therapy, and a warm, celebratory environment around the holidays and weekends that felt like family.<br><br>I cannot thank Pam, Richard, and the entire team enough. Their rates are very fair, especially considering the exceptional level of care they provide. I will be forever grateful and highly recommend Comfy Couch to any family seeking quality, compassionate care for a loved one.
