Our family has received exceptional services to meet our son’s Personal Care needs. We have received assistance from a number of heath care providers to meet our son’s needs. None come close to the care provided to meet our son’s needs. The agency keeps us informed of changes in service delivery as well as providing consistent follow up from their nursing corps. They provide up to date training for their staff to keep us healthy and safe. They listen to our requests. They provide helpful information to support our son’s health. They provide a healthy work atmosphere for their staff to feel comfortable in meeting our needs. Their office location is also convenient to meet our needs. We wish they were available years ago.
