My sister lives down there (I am In NC) Sis was just starting service with them. On her very 1st visit the caregiver was unable to get in the house or get ahold of her. The caregiver called in and 911 was called. My sis is now in the hospital. Thank goodness for them. They were very caring and helped me so much trying to getting phone numbers for the sheriff dept and hospital. Melissa said she would stop by and check on sis since no one could reach her. Thank you so much!!

The shittiest company. The schedulers are rude and awful. Can't get anything you request as far as billing or even the invoice marked paid emailed or even mailed to you. repeated phone calls to rude people are awful. Most caregivers tho are wonderful. but their office people are horrendous. do NOT RECOMMEND.

Five regular sitters attended my aunt until her passing. They were compassionate, caring and highly professional in their positions. My aunt made an immediate connection to each of them as they did to her. We were very pleased with the ability to communicate with the agency, day or night, when needed.
