Can’t say enough about the ownership of this company, they truly care for the clients, want to help in any way they can, and always treat everyone like family. From ownership to office management, it’s always been a positive experience when dealing with Comfort Keepers of the CSRA!

Worker think they can come into your house and watch television for three hours and only their four hours. A VA worker came to visit my husband and the sleepy Aid was on my sofa sleep. The VA worker called and had me on speaker phone while she tried to wake her up, so it took about five minutes, let it be known she had not done anything for my husband and it was about an hour into her shift. So, out of about five workers they sent their had an issue about my husband said my husband would not stay in the bed while they was there. WELL worker he will not stay in his bed while you on your phone, sleeping on my furniture and on your phone while you getting paid. So, if you is not trained on how do surrender care to patient with fragile health issues then fine something else to work on and shame on the agency! It does not matter how many employees you have or how long you been in business every client deserves professional care.

One could not ask for nicer people than the folks at Comfort Keepers. Although I only needed assistance in transportation and shopping for a few months those were a few months I thoroughly enjoyed. Phyllis Davis was, without a doubt, the luck of the draw. I could not have hoped for someone with more patience or someone nicer and more fun than Phyllis. The time spent with Phyllis was almost worth the large, to me, out lay of money. It is sad when one gets older and has less income everyone wants to charge you for help. I do not begrudge what was paid that went to Phyllis or the other care givers; it's the other that seems too much. Thanks for a wonderful experience in a trying time.
