Absolutely wonderful people. We’re there for me in my most dark days. Referred me to a hospice even though it meant less business for them……selfless. I rate them as truely good people.

The help I received was fine. The owner never took responsibility for owing me for my last 3 hours. They charge your card ahead of time, and are in no hurry to pay you back what’s owed. I would never refer the company, as a result… P.S. I was contacted a few hours later by the “New Owners”. Melissa was very nice, and wants to make it right, for the 3 hours I never received. I’m changing my rating to a 3 star, and will change it to a 5, after I receive my check. I appreciate them stepping up. P.S.S I did receive reimbursement from Comfort Keepers today. I have happily changed my review to 5 stars. I was so impressed with new management for tidying up, the previous owners negligence. I was very happy with the help I received; my helper quickly became someone who brightened up my day, once a week. In conclusion, Thank You for Everything Comfort Keepers!

"The staff is an absolute DREAM from the people that answer the phone to the caregivers in my mom's house! They provide the best care for my mom that I could have expected. The owners have taken the time to also educate our family and help us through this difficult transition of life. I do not know how we would make it through without them. They are a part of our family forever!"
