Donna is the best Home Health aide in the entire world they definitely don’t make them like her anymore and Dawn is so easy to work with and definitely knows her stuff I wish all home health agencies was like this

The staff at the Coldspring Comfort Keepers went above and beyond to help us find caregivers for our elderly parents in their 90s. Their limitations were different and this company worked harder than I’ve seen anyone work to place the right personality and the right kind of people to take care of my dear mother who has pretty progressed dementia. Their job was extremely difficult and they were kind and trustworthy and had to put up with a lot of of different family members in and out of the house constantly interrupting them and getting In the way of care and yet they put up with all of it with poise and grace and love and consideration thus their name Comfort Keepers really fits. They also spent a tremendous amount of unpaid time, negotiating and troubleshooting issues with many family members regarding my parents care and showed personal attention and professionalism towards all of us, which makes me strongly inclined to give them a rating of excellencein their service industry. I personally will never stop being grateful for the services they provided to our family. They made an enormous Difference in our lives, enhancing it, and helping us embrace the reality of aging and losing our loved ones in an eventuality that we all must face one day.
