Comfort Keepers has been providing care to my sister-in-law with dementia for several months and we have been very impressed with the caregivers and level of communication we've had if there were any questions or concerns. Comfort Keepers of Bloomfield provided care for our mom the last 6 months of her life. Their caregivers were loving and compassionate. Their presence provided so much comfort to mom. The entire office was easy to work with including their scheduler who patiently worked with us to accommodate our ever changing needs and to make sure we had the coverage we needed.

My sister and I were in need of help for our dad, who has dementia, right after our mother passed away at the end of August and one call to Laura was all it took for us to immediately feel better and know that our dad would be in great hands. Laura reassured us and is helping us navigate our dad and his dementia. The fact that at all hours Laura is available and always helpful has meant the world to us. We also met Jenny right away and she has been phenomenal with meeting our dad and checking on him often and making sure the aides are a good fit for him. Both Laura and Jenny are so caring and so invested in the care of our dad. Their help is priceless and so appreciated. They are right by our side helping us navigate our dad’s needs. We are so grateful for the care our dad is getting with Comfort Keepers. We cannot recommend them enough. The aides who spend hours with our dad are all so caring and well trained and in constant communication with Laura and Jenny and we cannot be happier. Comfort Keepers in Bloomfield is just amazing.

Comfort Keepers helped us in keeping my mom in her own home the last months of her life. The aide they matched to us was wonderful. My mom was not happy to accept the help she needed, but she and Dorothy quickly developed a lovely relationship. The staff in the office were always very responsive, whether it was an emergency or just the need to change schedule. Based on the experience we had with Comfort Keepers, I would highly recommend them.

During the time when our precious mother needed more specialized assistance at the skilled nursing home facility, Comfort Keepers was recommended to us. Yvonne came to meet mom and won her heart immediately! Maria and her staff at Comfort Keepers, Bloomfield, CT are terrific and were very attentive to the family's needs. When we lost our last senor care aide, my mother was not only disappointed but fearful that we wouldn't be to find a replacement. We not only found a 'replacement' BUT a new member of the family that she looked forward to being with during the week.
