I want to give the cons and then the pros. Cons of this company. Nasty energy from the scheduler Cynthia. Completely rude to anyone who doesn’t speak Spanish. Racist towards black woman. Says thee absolute worst things about people in Spanish because she thinks that she can get away with it, just hoping that people don’t understand what she is saying, and we do. This company gives PAPER CHECKS BI WEEKLY. $13 per hour. But makes 10 times more from various insurance companies. No medical insurance coverage or dental for yourself or family. Once you take your “free classes” to become a home health aide if you want your certifications in first aid and cpr you need to pay upwards of $300 to receive them. Why? Because your training was “free”. Scheduler Cynthia has no regard for employees when they have to call off unless you are Spanish and Spanish speaking however apparently that’s ok.Dont be believe me? Not too long ago my bestfriend had a Spanish couple who were also Spanish speaking like my bestfriend. Having to take a quiz before receiving a check is ridiculous. Pros:I genuinely love my patient and try to make it there to assist, if it wasn’t for the patient I would have quit today! Pat the nurse is calm, cool and collected. She is fair and highly intelligent. Her training fun and packed with HHA knowledge. The owner is kind and speaks everyone regardless of race. Those are my cons and pros of thi ols

I have worked as an RN for over 33 years, in many disciplines to include ER, Correctional, home-care, and administrative positions. I have worked at Comfort HealthCare on and off for the past 18 years. Comfort HealthCare is the best company I have worked for in the past 33 years as an RN. Comfort HealthCare treats both their staff and patients with compassion and caring. If you are a patient or an employee you will not feel like just a number. Comfort HealthCare makes a habit of getting to know their staff and patients. If you call the office more than often they will pick up the phone and greet you by your name, knowing who you are prior to identifying yourself.
