I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for home care for their loved ones. Though they provided someone quickly, their communication, administration process and overall family interactions are terrible. they provided a PCA but had no idea that she was leaving on "vacation" one week later, no idea that she was gone and had not had "any communication with her" for several months before she was hired for our job. They could not answer my most basic questions such as licensure and every time I called I spoke with someone different. Very unorganized. Edit: I would like to add that the owner of this company called me upon reading this and did a deep dive into my concerns and case. He quickly and sincerely apologized for what transpired and how my family was treated and vowed to address these issues so that this happen again. I commend him for calling and being concerned about his clients and their families.
